THEY GOT SUED AND LOST SO THATS WHY THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME!)Worst place to get a car they sell you messed up cars with a high interest rate and monthly payment for cars that have 100k plus miles. They told me since my credit wasn't the best that's all I could get but. Theres always a first time buyer deal no matter where you go ! The vehicle they sold me was the worst car I've ever drove within 4 months of the purchase it had LOTS of problems don't trust this place go somewhere else they will milk you for the last drop of money you have DONT GO HERE. And to top it off they charge bi weekly car payments. These people are shiesty rip off artists and its crazy because Latinos and blacks are their main clients they claim to help us but in the end they're vultures. This won't be over lawsuit coming soon!
Was the best service I have received EVER at a car lot! They are willing to work with you, friendly, and EDWIN is the man you should ask for! He pulled chairs out, asked if we wanted coffee or water! Made sure you knew the process and him and the manger helped me a lot! Great people! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! MELROSE PARK LOCATION!

They tried to ask for $600/month for a 2019 Nissan Rogue with 130,000 miles because my wife had fair credit. I told them this was a terrible deal and they told my wife that on average a car costs between $700 and $800 dollars a month to finance.
The salesman Edwin told my wife nobody will approve her with just fair credit and dared me to take her elsewhere to prove his point. He said if another dealer can get me approved then he would come with us and buy the car himself because it would be impossible if not with Carfect. I told them I bought a Nissan Rogue sport new off the lot and I pay $368/month and his partner in crime Oscar told me to go take my wife elsewhere if that was the case and said we would never get a better deal.
They told us that they want to support Latinos with little to no credit and it was all a lie. They tried to play my wife and many others like her for fools. $600/month for an SUV with 130,000 miles is robbery and they should be ashamed at Carfect for the damage they do to the Latino community. The last thing Latinos need is to be taken advantage of.
I took my wife to my dealer in Des Plaines and we got her an AWD 2021 Nissan Rogue SV with 67,000 miles for $369/month fully covered with fair credit. Don’t go to Carfect. They are a scam extremely deceptive.
